Returns and Exchanges
- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any items within 30 days of purchase.
- Orders that are incorrectly fulfilled by us (Zefiro) will be refunded or replaced.
- If Zefiro is not responsible for the mistake (ex: wrong address), customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Product must be in the same condition as it was sold.
Items may not be eligible for a return if:
- Item is returned damaged and it was not indicated in the order notes.
How to return items
- Contact us at email@example.com so that we are aware of the return.
- Pack your item carefully so that your purchase will arrive undamaged.
- Include the packing slip or order number in the box.
- Ship your purchase to 325 N Hoyne Ave unit C228 Chicago, IL 60612. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
- Once we have received your returned item, we will process the refund within 15 business days to your original form of payment.
